CUSTOM CRAFTED FOR COLD BREWING: Our line of specialty grade coffee includes the following options, all catering to your desired cold brewed coffee taste preferences: Medium Roast Breakfast Blend, Dark Roast, High Caffeine Blend, and Gourmet Flavors in Whole Roasted Beans or Coarse Ground. We have been roasting since 2017, fresh from the caffeine capital, New York City, NY.

WHAT IS COLD BREWED COFFEE? Made with room temperature/cold water, you let the grounds soak for an extended period of time (instead of using hot water to extract, you use time). This creates a flavor that is smoother, sweeter, & less acidic than hot brewed coffee.

WHAT MAKES A GOOD COLD BREW BLEND? We use 100% Organic Arabica Colombian Supremo beans. Since you are slow extracting, you want to use a really high quality bean. We also do a custom roast blend to create a smooth, low-acid, balanced cold brew flavor.

WHERE IS YOUR COFFEE ROASTED? We roast all our coffee fresh in New York City, NY, the (un)official cold brew capital of the US. We are a small-batch artisan roaster that takes pride in making high-quality fresh products for our coffee lovers.

THE BEST COLD BREW STARTS WITH HIGH-QUALITY BEANS You extract EVERYTHING into your water when you cold-brew coffee. Thus, it's more important than ever to use high quality coffee: Specialty-grade, 100% Arabica, Colombia Supremo, Fresh Roasted.

DARK ROASTED FOR STRONG COFFEE FLAVOR We use a dark roasted coffee bean to create a bold roast level that is perfect for a strong cold brewed coffee. This creates a cup that is extremely smooth & well-balanced while still being bold and having an extra boost of caffeine to fuel your day.

COARSE GROUND FOR OPTIMAL EXTRACTION We do the work for you! Freshly ground to a coarse grind size means you are ready for cold-brewing in the device of your choice. Extra coarse grinds extract the right amount of flavor (& caffeine) into the water without any sediment left over. Works well for French Press coffee too!

SIMPLE TO MAKE AT HOME If Using French Press: Add coarse ground coffee & cold, filtered water to French Press (we recommend a 4:1 ratio of water & coffee), stir, cover & leave in fridge overnight. After ~ 12-15 hours, press & enjoy! Brew up to 24 hours if you prefer a stronger brew or want to make a concentrate. If Using a Mason Jar/Pitcher: Same process as above, just need to filter the coffee with a mesh filter bag before drinking.
